Pauline joined Mortgage Choice in 2001 and has been a part of the team at Belmont (in Perth, Western Australia) since 2003. She is very people orientated and her background as an Executive Secretary and owning a McDonald's Family Restaurant with her husband and having 3 sons, all contributed to her decision to join the finance industry and continue to be able to meet and help people.

Her interest in helping Australians attain the "Great Australian Dream" led her to writing a booklet to help young people. 'Hot Tips for a smooth road to your Dream' gives young Australians a step by step guide to managing their finances to be able to acheive their goal of owning a home.

She is very involved in the community being a longtime member of the Melville Cricket Club (in Perth, Western Australia) where her sons play cricket, a former office bearer in the BPW (Business and Professional Women) Fremantle, Western Australia, a member of the WIB (Women in Business) forum and a volunteer at the Fremantle AMES (Australian Migration Education Service) teaching English to new migrants.
